Tom Weissman:

As founder of Native Source, Inc., He and his wife, Whitney, launched the company in 2001, driven by a deep appreciation for the art of landscaping and a desire to bring unique, high-quality service to properties across the Denver metro area. With a focus on custom landscape maintenance and construction, he built Native Source around the core belief that a job well done is the best business card.

Tom’s passion for landscaping is matched by his commitment to adding value to every project, and fostering long-term client relationships. Under his leadership, Native Source has become known for its attention to detail, reliability, and dedication to enhancing outdoor spaces.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, while gaining inspiration from traveling, playing guitar, fishing of all kinds, golfing, and savoring good food and sports.

Whitney Weissman:

As co-owner of Native Source, Inc.. She has spent the past 24 years alongside Tom growing the company with creativity, and a dedicated consistency that shows throughout Denver Metro. Whitney’s connection to the green industry began early, spending time around her father’s nursery. That environment sparked an early interest in plants and flowers that shaped her creative path.

Today, Whitney leads the plant and flower division, a role she truly made her own- while also wearing many hats within the company. From client care and office management, to planning flower and plant designs, She specializes in creating vibrant, colorful and unique container and flower bed designs that reflect not only the character of each home but also the personality of every client.

When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring with her pups, photography, paddleboarding, and staying active. The beach is her happy place, and she cherishes time spent with family and friends.

Neven Weissman:

A true native of Colorado, Neven was always an enthusiast of the outdoors. As time went on, he began to put his love for the mountains into his creative works for landscape and design. Neven has been on property maintenance and/or outdoor construction for over 15 years. As Tom’s right hand man, there is no problem top big or any inconvenience too small that Neven wouldn't take on as if its his own property.

Outside of Landscape and Design, Neven spends his time skiing in the winters, fly fishing, camping, or mountaineering during the summer. And he will never turn down the opportunity to check out local breweries in the Denver metro area.
